In Gojo Paradiso Homes, we use few houses on a monthly base and others for rent less than 1 month which are on a daily base. our Japanese houses (named machiya) are usually the same - 1st FL fully equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, living room,laundry machine, etc.and on the 2nd floor only rooms.
